Its the love of food that has prompted me to write & share something for all those food lovers .

Myself Sachin Timothy hailing from Kerala, India. Like every one who love food , it is my mother which i remember when i think about food.

The fear to tell my parents that i want to be chef, has changed my life to be a Management graduate and later migrate to the UAE for a living.

Wherever you go somethings always follows you like the shadow, for me the culinary skills from my mother helped me in this Arabian desert.
It started with experimenting ,tasting and sharing ,Now I have a bunch of friends who like my cooking .

As said in Malayalam movie Usthad Hotel by Kareem Ikka played by Late Thilakan ” vayaru niraykan aare kondum pattum,kazhikunnavarude manassu nirayanam, athannu sarikulla kaipunyam” meaning “Anybody can fill one’s stomach,but you should be able to fill one’s heart as well, that is called gifted hand in cooking(midas touch).These quotes helped me to make out the best in my cooking so that the hearts of those who eat it is also filled. May be you feel this is some other crap blog about food , but what i write not something i find in some cookery books , but which are cooked and tested which come out to be awesome , so that others may try  and enjoy the magic of good food and heart fills.
